About the Project:

Factor Construction Limited delivered the Highbrook Crossing project, comprising the upgrade of the external plaza and the design and construction of a new carpark façade. The works were undertaken within a live commercial environment, requiring careful staging to maintain pedestrian access and minimise disruption to surrounding tenancies.

Structural strengthening within the basement carpark was completed to facilitate the plaza upgrades, including new concrete podium slabs with varied oxide finishes, architectural concrete planters and furniture, and a large two-stage structural steel canopy with glazing. Factor Construction Limited also upgraded aluminium joinery to the surrounding shopfronts, enhancing both functionality and the overall aesthetic of the precinct.
