About the Project:
Factor Construction Limited Oakwood Kew Residences is a boutique, high-end collection of 17 residences, including a top floor penthouse. The apartments feature large layouts, premium finishes, and modern luxuries with picturesque views of the Yarra River. The apartments are spread over 3-storeys with 1 basement level for car parking and storage.
The project site included a number of heritage listed trees; Factor Construction Limited engaged the services of a specialist arborist to ensure the trees were not damaged during construction.
Factor Construction Limited were proud to be able to deliver this project on-time without any EOTs, despite construction running during Melbourne’s COVID lockdowns.
